We can't speak highly enough of Michael and his team at Evolve Builders for their recent renovation of our Applecross home. At the outset we were given a planning and construction timetable, and each milestone was met on or before time. Same for budgeting, with the overall cost coming in under budget. Michael was actively looking for ways to keep costs down without sacrificing quality. We live overseas so communication was key. We received regular calls and emails with updates and the finished product was excellent. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Evolve Builders.

Building a house while being offshore, my wife and I depended on a builder who is helpful, does a great job and provides prompt progress updates. Evolve Builders far exceeded our expectations in many ways. From start to finish this has been an enjoyable project. Michael has guided us through every step with prompt attention to detail. Our new house looks great and was completed within budget. We would highly recommend Evolve Builders if you are looking to buy a new property.

My previous experiences with home builders have been generally disappointing, but with Evolve Builders and Michael our house extension was completed in a friendly, well organised and highly satisfactory manner. In the several years since completion, no defects have appeared in the extension. Such an outcome gives me confidence to engage Evolve Builders in future home renovations.
