The Vision

- We get to know you, your family and what you are trying to achieve with this new project.
- Our experts will review your land size, shape, slope and surrounds along with any council complications that go along with it.
- We will look at all options for your land and budget, presenting you with a detailed proposal to design and build your dream custom home.

The Design
Let's get all the ideas for your home set down in stone.
- We work closely with architects or designers to render the vision down to fine details, including a careful examination of materials that will be used in the final build.
- Personalise your home's colours and finishes with the help of design consultants to make sure the home meets design principles while matching your personality.
- On completion you will receive draft plans, including site plans, floor plans and elevations. From here we can make any alterations before you sign them off.

The Build
Trust our team of professionals to deliver a home you will fall in love with.
- As building commences you will know exactly who your point of contact is, when specific phases are expected to start/finish and expect regular updates throughout the entire building process.
- Based on decisions made together during earlier steps the highest quality materials available will be used to make sure the home is structurally spectacular.
- Our director Michael will personally oversee the build, ensuring strict adherence to quality and maintaining professionalism with our trusted trade companies.
