This inner Perth project involved specific challenges around creating a large home with a double garage on a very narrow block. Working together with the client we managed to create home with two storeys built directly on top of each other whilst maintaining as much natural light as possible on the ground floor. This allowed us to maximise the outdoor and alfresco areas as much as possible.
